Is there someone that has tickled you that was far and away the best tickler you know? Who is it and what made them so good? Male? Female? Any information you'd like to share would be welcome.

My tickle buddy, Marilee. She's insane :O I've tickled her plenty of times in the past, and only really recently let her get me back, so she's all sorts of revenge status O.O
