I absolutely loved that movie when I saw it but I don't remember any tickling in it, and I think I would. Especially if it involved Zoe Kazan who I've been longing to see get tickled for years. I think that clip just looks a little bit like she's getting tickled and so the account that posted this just incorrectly labelled it as a tickle fight.

Could be wrong though. Maybe it's time for a rewatch to make sure!
