Indeed, the best m/f tickling scene in a mainstream movie that I ever saw was in "The Brothers Karamazov" (1958).
The famous actor Lee J. Cobb tickles an unnkown extra named Gloria Pall. He tickles her bare foot for quite some time.

I've been looking for a DVD copy of "The Brothers Karamazov" but I have been unable to find one. My guess is that it isn't out in the DVD format yet. Does anyone have any info as far as if/when it will be on DVD?
