The definition of Miramanee

Well I looked around and couldn't find the meaning for the name Miramanee, so that leads me to believe the boys at Desi-Lou made it up for the Star Trek episode The Paradise Syndrome. So I have decided to come up with my own meaning.

Miramane-Buxom beauty who will be dead by the end of the episode.
