I sometimes have the impression that open-minded, extroverted people are more tickled than closed-minded people who don't haunt people and everything aroundthem. And I wonder if sensitive people have more tickles

Ticklishness can be as much of a mental and situational thing as it is physical, so I think there may be merit in someone with a brighter personality being more easily in a mental space to be receptive to tickling, but from observing people I've known in my life, I don't think there are any real correlations. One of the most ticklish people I've known personally seemed to exist for the singular purpose of inviting negativity and ruining people's days, and I've met a lot of really happy, bubbly, outgoing people who aren't receptive to it at all and historically never really have been ticklish. I think any noticed correlations are probably confirmation bias, to be honest.
