The effectiveness of male and female 'lers; A comparison.

First of all GREAT TOPIC. I have enjoyed reading everyones opinion.
As for my two cents worth, firstly, I believe there is a difference between male and female lers.
But, as far as who is the best I believe depends actually on the lee.
What I mean is if you find harder proding and squeezing to be more torturous, than you will probably think that male lers are better.
However, if it is the lighter but quite often quicker touches that get you hysterical, than your vote would probably be with the females.
I understand that there may be exceptions but thats what I've discovered.

For me, it has much more to do with personality than anything else...including gender. If a person is playfully dominant, they'll get to me much more than someone who just grabs me and digs in. Since tickling is more about the interaction than anything else, I enjoy a tickler who clowns around and stuff. But, I can also get into a more serious scene when it's with the right person. Still, gender doesn't play into it at all for me.

Gender's irrelevant, as is race, creed or color. It's individual, AND it depends on how the 'lee feels 'bout that 'ler. Even if three 'lees thought you were deadly, one might just find ya average. Not her/his cuppa.

It really depends on who's tickling. I've watched Lee casually destroy a man with a smile, snake-eyed charm, sheer force of will, and some wiggling fingers. The guy wasn't even bound. Clearly, she's effective.

I do alright, too. So do MANY men.

Just depends on which ones in each gender.

I really dont think on the outset this is a gender issue. I think it really boils down to who the players invovled are in tune with. If your prefrence is M/M or F/M then thats going to be your prefrence period. Its beyond mere technique though that is very important. Its also a state of mind and Im talking about somthing deeper than mere playfulness here. It about getting inside the lees mind body and spirit to slow total surrender.

Now with all that said, well my personal prefrence is M/F. I know there are the arguments that guys are to rough etc and yes Id chalk that up to inexperience. But with the right two people I just think M/F is more natural and organic pairing. To lots tickling is extremely sensual and sexual and both genders know this. Do woman close their eyes and dream for the most part of another woman tickler? Though some woman may play with other women somtimes if they are hetro sexual I think they dream of a strong dominate male who knows how to handle her just right and slowly unlocks her secrets from unwilling to willing surrender.

I think in a community that is overrun with younger males and few females there are bound to be those males that are still learning their craft and will make mistakes. But once they hone in on it and find the right female well that will set off the most intense of sparks.

I think men are better lers cus they are usually bigger and stronger, and I think they usually have more of an urge to do a session.

I think that men being bigger and stronger gives them a big advantage in pressure, upperbody tickling and hard scratching, feet tickling. Where as women only have a slight advantage in light scratching, feet tickling, if any at all.

Also, I think men are usually more into bondage.



Now, of course there are exceptions to the rule. Also, I don't think the ticklishness of the lers or lees matters.

What I mean is, some people think men are more ticklish than women and vice versa, and I'm saying that doesn't matter in my opinion. I personally don't think one gender is more ticklish than the other. I just think it depends on the person.

Aren't technically women more intune to the female form?

As per most sexual aspects..I do agree for the most part that men are more commonly intune to the female body. (for the Lesbians that will argue that with me; I added 'for the most part' 😉 )

But, in a whole..aren't women more intune?

I'd say men are more intune with women's bodies and vice versa, whether it's sex, tickling, massage, etc. And my reason is guys like the female body more than chicks, and vice versa. Of course I'm talking about straight people.

I disagree with this statement, only because for some ladies they may prefer only Male Lers instead of Female, due to not bein' F/F fans.

It's all 'bout personal preference in that aspect, though.

i agree with some of the other responses, the sex of the individual is irrelevant if your questions based on skill. Even tho i'd not allow myself to be tickled by a dude it doesn't mean they couldn't do as good a job.

Interesting question, BUT:

you haven't defined what you mean by "effective." So everyone is going to have something specific in mind when they make their argument. For example, when I watch tickling vids, I'd much rather see a soft, constant tickling technique as opposed to rib clutching, even though the latter might tickle more. So to me, the first is more "effective" in eliciting what I like about tickling, but to others, not so much.

Effective as in, able to tickle as much as possible? As mercilessly as possible? As long as possible? etc etc...

Whenever I've been tickled by females in real life, I've never had any problem with them knowing what to do.

But on the tickling videos, it often appears as if a lot of women simply aren't good ticklers. Many of them move their fingers in a way that probably couldn't effectively tickle anyone, and some seem so dispassionate that it's almost as if they're just waiting to take their turn as a lee. I think the problem is that most women are sexually submissive, and most men are sexually dominant, and we sexually submissive males are the products of a recessive gene or two. I've long ago come to accept that, and try to seek out females who like to be in control sexually.

Wonderful topic CrystalLight. I would have to say that women do pay better attention to detail. I find that a female doesn't just go for the really ticklish spots, but goes for the least ticklish spots and I find that makes my very ticklish areas more ticklish.
