Samantha is taken prisoner, handcuffed behind her back and ankles bound. Her captor tickles her and soon figures out that she is way too ticklish to handle and brings her to the rack. He exploits all of her spots and decides that he wants to play a game. She is instructed to count to ten, and if she can do it clearly and without laughing, he will stop. If she fails, he will continue to tickle her. She tries over and over but just cant succeed.
