I am Carter. Ticklish = YES. Worst spot = Feet. Favorite Target Area = Feet. Reside in Virginia. Go to school in South Carolina (have been tickled a bit down there and did some tickling as well 🙂 ) Nice to meet everyone for the first or umpteenth time 😉
