Very cool idea, but the execution certainly would be very difficult. However, tickle-machine technology is getting better and better and allows for more and more perfect and beautiful to look at usage of all victim's ticklish spots. So I'm sure eventually someone will create something like this, but so far it is only a dream and some anime tickle artworks. 😉
