The "I do believe...." Thread

.....that I will attend the body pump class (which can be very hard depending on how much weight you use) tomorrow morning and enjoy the work out and scenery (10:1 Female to male ratio)

Hey brookie, i have been doing it too. I lost over 20 ppounds already, and i build it back up. Youll love it

I've been doing the class since Feb now, I enjoy it. My weight rarely changes I'm thin to begin with but I'm glad your getting in good shape.

From what I've read, it's half work out half what you eat. You have to do both to change your weight up or down. I'm trying to gain a few pds and trying to focus on more food and a more protien and less fat.....(No more cookies for me :cry1: )

Does your gym have a nutritionist? He can tell you more>

yes they will help you and even give you a diet plan or a way to build up more muscle. They are very helpful

The musculature is not bad, I'd like to remove a bit more fat, not a lot to begin with but enough, to get a more washboard stomach. The stomach muscles are there but a bit too hidden. I don't want to get huge but another 5 - 10 lbs would be nice.

thats what im doing but in reverse, Im losing the weight and finding the muscles thta i am building. The abs for me are very hard, But i will have them again. I am happy so far with my shoulders, and chest. The arms and the abs, are a little bit forming.
