The invention of lying

Yeah that would be a very interesting premise for a tickling story for sure. But what in the world would the plot and the story be about, still leaves lots of open space and lots of possibilities on what the story would consist of. But a interesting point. Yeah that movie does sure look funny and looks it is going to be good-entertaining for sure. Yeah but how would that title work for premise for a tickling story the title being the invention of lying how would that work, any ideas on how this would go? Just curious interesting.

Well its a movie that is out now. Its about a parallell universe where everyone tells the truth about everything. No lying at all. Then one decides to tell a lie well because everyone tells the truth they think everything he says is true.
 
So you want a tickling story thats a bunch of lies in a setting of supposed honesty?
