Actually... I think you may need to find the other gems hidden in the library.

There's 3-4 to find. And you're gonna have to do it whilst avoiding the insane cat lady.

Once you have 4 gems you're good to go. It's just a matter of trial and error to discover which gem is the right one.

and no matter what I do I can't go past that bottomless pit that opens up on you at the very beginning.

I've decided to leave the next area for the next chapter so I can get more of the game out sooner. It will, however, be taking a longer to get done. My last exam is tomorrow and it's also the date my new computer is due to arrive.... So there's that! Plus I'm taking next week off to relax as its the end of 6 years of education for me.

Though all of this is not without good news! I nabbed that humble bundle with all the RPG maker stuff, which means I've also got their little character creator studio thing! So expect some neat looking characters in the next update!

I'm still not too sure what the point of the character hub is. Maybe I just didn't play around with it enough. It looks like all the parts are the same as the VX Ace parts. I guess maybe you could make a few different hues of armor that you couldn't in the game, I dunno.

From what little I messed around with on it, it's basically the character creator meets Paint/Gimp. Which works out fantastically for me! No more cocking up and spending an hour trying to get the sprites to align right!

I am excited! While I love Laughing Isles, Lucy is one of my favorite characters in the tickle game community, so Laughing House is definitely something I look forward to seeing updated. I hope it turns out the way you wanted it to!

It's coming along alright, only been able to resume work on it as of yesterday. Been experimenting with the Character Creator Hub to try and make some of the new characters for this chapter really stand out as their own.

I found a bug!

Right after the library, in the secret corridor, at the switches. After the other girl moves on (after flicking the switches and they reset) go up one square - the switches automatically go through the same sequence then immediately reset.

IT'S A GHOST! (Or a failure to remove the animation trigger xD )

Btw, check the dialogue immediately thereafter

Odd.... On my end that doesn't happen, it goes to the self switch as intended... You running the latest version?

As for the dialogue thing, mind screencapping or such? Cause I'm not going through all this reading, I've got graphic work to do!

Notice the "Currently" bud. The game is getting it's updates done in chapters, so the next update "Chapter 3" will still have the contents from 1 & 2

You should get a little voice recorder thi- NO. Your phone. Your phone has recording capabilities. Just use that to hold onto good ideas until you can enact them.

No I mean something that can record voice. That way you don't need to type anything if your arms feel like boiled spaghetti noodles with five pieces of string attached to the end.

I didn't mean using software to put your words into text within RPGmaker. I meant something you can record your thoughts with, and listen to later. So you don't lose ideas. You know.. Record your voice, then listen to your voice later, when you feel like writing ideas down.

The only possible explanations that my mind can come up with are:

1) We are having some form of misunderstanding

or

2) You can't understand your own accent, thus rendering recorded voice useless. Which doesn't make any sense at all.
