I just read it then on foxsports.com, took me by surprise as well. Look at the off and on fireld incidents involving the players.........no coach can control that.
I hope they promote the D co-ordinator (Shannon) as head coach they were in the top 8 total defense in the nation this year.

I think that it is a good move actually I was hoping for this move - Randy Shannon (defensive coordinator) being promoted to head coach......the 'Canes could be pushing for the national title very soon.
