Love those wide pants cuffs! To my taste, that's the best possible way to showcase bare feet! Tats' casual dress gives her a tomboyish, approachable charm, while the well-tailored gangsters are oily with Capone-era menace! The set-up has a neat retro feel, like a fetish-related episode of The Untouchables... though its obvious that Tats is far from untouchable!
