Does the mood of the lee effect how ticklish they are

Definitely. I can't say how it varies from person to person though, but seeing as even who the tickler is can be the deciding factor between crazy ticklish and not sensitive at all... yeah, mood's gotta be another factor for sure.

And in my experience, 'lees can also sometimes get less ticklish when they're IN the "mood" for something a little bit more than just tickling, if you know what I'm saying. 😉

I would think that it could have some impact. If the lee is having a really bad day and isn't receptive to being tickled but get tickled then he/she probably won't enjoy it all tha tmuch and therefure their reactions may reflect that. I mean they would still laugh I just tink that they would be mentally suppressed
