The most embarrassing thing happened.

Well, I don't post here much, but this is pretty much the only place where I can talk about this...
I had two of my friends hanging out yesterday with me and a girl I have been hanging out with every once in a while. One of my friends was trying to use my computer and of course, after a few minutes, I look up and RealPlayer is showing a video of a girl naked, hogtied, and being tickled. As modern technology provides, I was not able to turn it off without holding the power button for at least 5 seconds, so my friends got to enjoy at least 10 good seconds of footage haha.
The girl immediately said "is that Yours Mike?" I dont know why, but my friend instantly pulled out a blank disc and said, "No, I have all sorts of shit on this disc I just popped it up because I knew it would piss him off." It seemed like a "save," but I really think it has to be one of the most embarrassing moments I have had because everything was clearly seen. I really didn't even know what to say, and what they could possibly be thinking about me. Maybe I'm thinking about it too much, but from their point of view, all they saw was some naked hogtied girl being tickled. Doesn't look too good for me, right?

well if your buddy "saved" you then it should be ok and you can play it off that way. i do understand you with the whole thing cuz id be just as embarrased cuz most of my friends dont know that im into tickling and such. so like if anyone uses my laptop i make sure everything is hidden and i get nervous just thinking when they are using it they will stumble upon something the outs me. it hasnt happened yet but i can certainly feel you and how that would make me feel. but it seems like your safe for now just an embarrassing moment that hopefully they wont bring up again

I think since you didn't say anything and such, you could have come across as confused and then your friend saved you with what he said. Ultimately, I wouldn't worry about it at all. Play it cool. I doubt anyone will mention it.

When I first got engaged (I was 31) my fiancee saw a picture on my computer that I had been using as my PERSONAL desktop photo. It was of a woman with her arms tied above her head, getting tickled with a feather. It was a beautiful photo, very professionally done, but of course utterly embarrassing to have a fiancee see it. I tried to immediately shut the computer off, but of course the desktop photo stayed up for about 10 or 15 seconds, so she got a real good look.

Least now you know what to do when something like that happens to a friend of yours - always carry a blank disc around with you.

I know more then a few people who wouldn't hve done what he did, not only because of potential emberassment to themselves, but also because they aren;t that fast in the in the thought process. Go out and buy him a beer, or a dosen. And then put all those files somewhere they won't be found, like on a CD in your room, under your bed or in a Richard Simmons exercise DVD case.

blimey dude, lucky save, your mates a good man. My way of hiding my clips is pretty good, i keep them all in a file with a very random but important sounding name, and i've removed the file type from the name of each of them rendering then useless and given them all coded names so i can tell which is which. Now if anyone stumbles across that file nothing in it will work, but if i want to use them i just drag and drop into media player and they play. I feel pretty comfortable letting people roam my computer. Its also good to disable "recent documents" from the start menu and also disable history in all media players. Should be enuf to avoid stuff like that happening, luckily you seem to have gotten away with it this time, most of my friends know but i would still be embarrassed, so i cant imagine how you must have felt, uber sinking feeling i bet, with a healthy dose of panic

Same thing happened to me in high school.

Not as bad as what happened to me a couple years ago. My friend was having a party and the girl who I had recently broke things off with was there. Her and a couple of her friends kept screaming "tie my toes" at me. That night sucked ass.

See he was about as hammered as one can be so the fact that I am totally naked doesnt phase him. He yells out "JESUS CHRIST ARE YOU WATCHING NAKED CHICKS TICKLING EACH OTHERS F-ING FEET? THATS F-ING STRANGE DUDE, WHY DONT YOU LIKE TITTIES?" By this time I had covered up and was yelling at him to get the hell out of my room. He finally did and I shut and locked the window, took a shower, got dressed and walked down to his room to have a talk. When I walk into his room it is filled with people from work. Turns out, good ole Rick was not the only person standing outside my room when he pulled his shenannigans. 3 of my best friends, 2 coworkers, all their girlfriends and 1 girl I had a huge crush on was standing outside as well. Needless to say it was a long night filled with many embarrassing questions. Do you really like feet, whats with the tickling thing dude, are you gay, were you molested? Yes, college frat guys are tough on each other but no one can cut their friends down like a bunch of military guys. So the girl I had a crush on apparantly had a bad experience with an ex-boyfriend who was really into feet and refused to talk to me again. Plus the story didnt stay within the small circle of friends, No no no, it was passed on to anyone who had ears. It took me a long long time to get over that one. Hope you guys liked it.
