I'll start it off

My picks would have to be, in no particular order:

Gia from Tickleparadise
Prascilla James and Syddra from Realtickling
Tasha and Brooke from Tickleabuse
Christina Carter and CJ from Ticklecentral
 
Priscila James
Tickler in Black
Tasha
Brook
Yaqi at times as well
 
Taska, Brooke, Yaqi, i can't remember the other guys name but he was relentless lol

Kristin Lea and Priscilla from TIB, and TIB himself, a pioneer.

My favorites are CCarter and the now retired Kristin Lea.


PD: must admit, Dia Zerva has very happy malicious expressions when tickling, but she does not do much tickling.
 
Priscilla James, because she is both vicious and sensual. You can tell that she was really into the torment she caused, and the fact that she was so determined to find a persons absolute worst spot. There are a few really good female lers who have done videos, but Priscilla James will always be the biggest legend in my mind.

I agree. Gia Priscilla Tasha and Brooke, maybe I would add a couple od Czetch (jane is pretty sadistic but there are others really good at tickling and licking feet)
Ch Carter and CJ are fantastic

Just look ate Phoenix tickling Kyle wilde upperbody (Kyles revenge in Phoenix feet is aldo intense)
Chloe is also very sadistic
A couple of ladies of Dungeonmaidens as well
 
Vid Tech Film's Kahuna Wong ... as devastating a tickler if there ever was one.
