This clip grew into legend just because no one could find it. It is in fact mildly cute, and that's it. It's from the Nick TV channel, and features a short segment they once aired where they had kids tickle their brother's or sister's feet. It's short, most of them are boys, and, well, they're just little kids... We're not talking major excitement here.

So, not really worth worrying about. I've seen it, and deleted it. Not worth keeping.😱
