What a disappointment!!!
I, for one, can say alot about a team that is 4-11. this team has too much talent to be this bad. Their lack of concentration on offense and poor pass defense was a recipe for disaster. They should have easily had two more wins to start the season and instead of being 4-4, they should have been 6-2 at one point.
the turning point of the season was the game against Atlanta. They tanked it. Nobody, I mean, no body showed up for that game. The last time when I saw a performance that bad was in 1978. Those were the forgettable days of Joe Pisarchik, an over the hill Larry Czonka, Doug Kotar, Jimmy robinson (their lone bright spot). they never seemed to recover from that game.
The Mara's HAD to make a move to move Fassel. As much as I liked him, the players wee just not responding to him. When that occurs, it's the point of no return. Let's just finish 4-12 so we can move up in the draft. I don't care anymore. I hate to say it.
