I observe that there is a new person at work that I observe didn;t react well when I mentioned to her that it is policy to have cellphones on vibrate while on duty at work,I observe she went to manager above me and she was told the same thing I told her..I observe why do some people judge my decision when I know the rules,policy after being made supervisor
