It seems these day that children are becoming more and more disrespectful to everyone these days. Wearing things that shouldn't be worn and having cellphones. I'm sick and tired of these rude, whiny little people and I think something needs to be done. That's why I'd like to start a union. It would be called B.O.U.N.C.E. or "Beating overindulgent underaged nasty children education" (It's good becuase it's educational)
Every member of bounce will be licesenced to beat any child between 2-17 which don't follow under the guide lines of B.O.U.C.E. Those rules would be: Any member of B.O.U.C.E. will be allowed to beat any children deemed "Nasty" and slap their parents for allowing these atrocities to occure if any of these actions are seen. Those actions will be: Disturbing the peace, crying in any public forum;resturant, movie theater, airplane, etc...: unless said action is caused by any means other than refusal of unnecessary desires or punishment by parents/legal gaurdian, fighting with siblings. arguing with parents, children 2-13 arguing with anyone over 17, repeating the same words more than twenty times in one minute, yelling, screaming, children 2-16 cussing, destruction of property, wasteful use of food, urinating or evacuation of bowls outside of a bathroom or for children 0-2 diapers, wearing inappropate clothes for age, children 0-12 having any high tech such as an I-pod or cellphone, girls 0-10 wearing makeup or boys wearing makeup, plain ugly, hanging out with cool people when not cool, use of drugs unless medicinal and givin by doctor or parent/leagal gaurdian i.e. cough suyrup, asprin, children 0-13 fat, children 3-13 disobaying anyone over 17 with reasonable judgemen; kicking, biting, or punching unless in selfdefense, having imaginary friends, pretending to have unseen objects, eating uneaddable objects, or disobaying any state/federal/classroom/bus/home rules. Charter subject to change if I feel i'v missed something but highly unlikely.
