Well you could try "priming" her. Tease and taunt her verbally to get her all worked up, then slowly make little circles, or breathe, on a few areas, to see if she reacts or not. The nervousness and anxiety does wonders for the sensitivity of the nervous system. Maybe blindfold her at the beginning, where all she has to focus on is listening to you, and anticipation of feel. I unno', just some suggestions. Everyone's different in whether to go slow or fast in attacking.
