You must realize that there is no escape. *eyes Cell, and grins evilly* I am done with my payback of you Norm. *rolls away from Norm, gets up and sneaks up behind Cell and goes for the sides and ribs* Tickle, tickle Cell! I told you that I would get you back later, and I AM, MUHAHAHAHAHA!

Naw, my expertise with regard to tickle fights is solely in the domain of being defeated in them. So I'm uinlikely to have any useful advice. But y'all keep up the good work...
