But we want to be careful, because if someone happened to bump into me right now, then that might accidentally cause a lot of concentrate to get spilled on someone else's shirt, and then he'll have to take it off as quickly as possible to get it laundered, but still some will probably soak through and leave a big purple stain if it isn't washed off promptly, so that then I should have to fetch a soapy washcloth and wash the poor victim off quite thoroughly...

Maybe you should patent it. You wouldn't want anyone copying your technique and then touring the country giving pricy seminars to gullible crowds thinking they're getting the real deal instead of a knockoff. And with the FFSTA patented, you could take it on the road yourself. I can see it now: FFSTA - The National Tour! Then you could branch out and create different versions for different regions or types of participants, go on upmarket talk shows, and write a series of two dozen books that are all 99% alike - yes, indeed, How to Torture Your Friends for Fun and Profit...

Well, you might eventually get so far as to create a franchise, which would be fun for you because you could establish rigorous examinations for new franchise holders, who would all have to be initiated by yourself personally.

And it may be wise of you to patent yours as your own personal brand: I just remembered a friend of mine from the South, very eager to tickle people but not yet able to put many ideas into practice, who assures me that his older brothers are the best ticklers in the South if not the whole country, and doubtless there must be many other claimants. It would probably be impossible to devise a fair contest to determine the identity of the true champion Southern Tickler...
