Yes, I did get lucky. But the fact still remains that I have the upperhand for now. *uses feather to tickle tf's foot that's trying to protect the other foot, then tickles the other foot* Now let's try something new. *uses one hand to tickle tf's foot and the other hand to tickle the back of her knees.

Can such a quality as ticklishness really be quantified and compared? I have a friend who claims there's no such thing as degrees of ticklish--you either are or you're not. (She, as it happens, is not... we won't comment on her awareness, or lack thereof, of where I fall on the ticklish/not-ticklish continuum, and whether she's ever used it against me...)

Let's compromise and just say that you, tf, are outrageously, mind-bogglingly ticklish and leave it at that!

Very true. I know for a fact that ticklishness can easily be compared. However, as far as quantifying it goes, I believe good ticklers all over the world are looking for ways to accurately measure it. We just have to decide how to do it, and what's the best scale to use.
