I mean, feeling no pain saved my life on multiple occassions...then again, it did get me into the situations in the first place. >_>
 
Yeah. It can be a real problem. One dangerous scenario is if I puncture an organ, I wouldn't feel the pain and then wouldn't feel it. It could go unnoticed for a while.
