1) Whether they want to participate
2) Who you're tickling (check lee/ler preference).

Jeawl: Yeah, making some proper tickle boots. Kinda stuck at the moment, because my design requires the boots to be custom made. So waiting for a volunteer so I can get shoe size, and foot measurements! XD
But if I do find someone, it's gonna be COOL! XD

If so then what would you recommend as a good tool to tickle in between the toes?

Sammi's recommended pipe cleaners and electric toothbrushes! XD

Any other ideas?
