Focus solely on breathing for quite a few moments. In between mouth the word 'jerk' and make a distasteful expression.

Gasping for air, I curl up into a ball; hands around the middle of my weak, overly-sensitive stomach. "Thaannnkss," I hoarsely reply. Then when I get strong enough I weakly stand up, saying, "Bye 🙂"
