When mentioning the word tickling, should it required to have 3 exclamation points? Aye, or Nay?

The word 'tickling' deserves three exclamation marks at the minimum when being referenced. Oh and Cham, this place is still a democracy of sorts so we should hold this amendment to a vote. All in favour of passing the "Minimum use of three exclamation marks when mentioning the word tickling in a sentence" amendment say AYE! All opposed, say NAY!
