When you are not reading a thread, but rather looking at a Forum page, seeing the names of 25 threads on the first page of that Forum, there are 4 columns across the page.
The first column is wide, and takes up most of the page. It is entitled "Thread/Thread Starter ........................... Rating".
The second column is enttiled "Last Post".
The third column is entitled "Replies". Each row of it contains a blue number. Right now, the blue number is 6,096 for in the row of this thread, The Person Above you.
If you click your mouse on that blue number, it will cause a new little window to open on your screen. In that new little windown will be a list of all the members who posted in this thread, with the number of posts they have made in it, in descending numerical order.
The fourth column is entitled "Views". The numbers in this column are black, and nothing happens if you click the mouse on them.
