Heh I just noticed this poll. And yes, I'm a little slow on the uptake. If you (or anyone else, for that matter) want to write a short fanart piece starring the blonde bank teller, I'll see what I can do about getting it commissioned and posting it on the boards and our site for free.
 
Here are two pages of the character in question. She doesn't have much of a role in the issue. She basically just pisses off The Ruthless by tripping the silent alarm at the bank, so 'he' kidnaps her and decides to make a short example of her.
