This is The Ruthless. It's a tickle torture comic book universe that takes place in modern day America, in a ficticious city called Bay City. There's very little background or storyline given here; the comic pretty much starts with action from the beginning. The story follows two characters, Stacia and The Ruthless, as their paths consistently cross in various tickle torture scenarios.
This issue costs $11.95 for 11 fully colorized pages, a cover (in this post) and a pinup. We're trying to keep our prices as affordable as possible for our readers. We thank each of you for the support you've given to us over the years, giving amazing feedback, and trying to steer our works into a positive direction.
