OK, I've had enough of all the negative energies flowing around here again lately. So, instead of joining in, I'm doing something different.

This thread is for people to post POSITIVES. It can be about the forum, a specific person, or anything else you can think of. Let's get the positive energies flowing instead!

Some of my positives today....

It's a gorgeous day oputside.
We'll be hanging with good friends today.
Drew is back with lunch.

:bouncybou

OK, it's YOUR TURN!

Well first off I know Im the last person you would expect here but here goes ok?

I went to the Brooklyn botanical garden and looked in wonder at the sheer beauty of the cherry trees lined up. Anyone ever notice the beauty of how those leaves fall to the ground so slowly and gracefully?
I think as Im getting older Im really starting to embrace spring more this year as it always seemed to go by so fast in past years.
Im also looking forward to writing more music and playing bass in central park this summer. I truly enjoy bringing joy to people and sharing my gift with them. I also like how small kids respond to us as we do.

You know from experience that I rarely post much, but this one exception I'll make. Before I do though, I have to commend you for always managing to post something similar when people are up in arms about literally nothing in this little corner of the net, wildly tilting at windmills.

Thanks, dough boy! I guess one of the lessons I learned while watching my mom's amazingly grace-filled struggle with cancer was that we find what we put out there. She never put out anything but positives. In spite of years of illness and pain, she never let it beat her down. She always found some positive...even in her sufferings. I'm nowhere near as good as she was in doing that. But, I'm certainly going to give it my best shot...if only to honor her memory at times!

Thanks for that response, brian! It's a true gift to be able to find joy in nature. And music is a gift you get to share. Wonderful!

Some more positives....these about the forum...

I've been blessed to make some good friends here.
I've learned a lot about human nature simply by watching the interactions that take place here.
I've learned a lot about myself in how I've reacted to others here over time.
I've gained more respect for those with whom I disagree at times as a result of my interactions with people here.
I see a TON of potential for this community.
I'm grateful that we have the freedom of a place like this to express ourselves, even if it's sometimes in heated disagreements.

Come on, gang! Join in! Spread some positive energy to help us pull out of this latest funk. :Hyrdrogen

Freaking LOVE cherry trees. The smell from them is amazing..

Ok..let's see..

It's absolutley AMAZING outside.. and my son is upstairs napping soundly..and he actually ate lunch today. All trivial things but it's the little things with me. 😉

Umm..

I have a great, amazingly supportive group of friend's who care about me as much as I do them..

I've gotten a lot of good feed back on my stories..and the fact that people enjoyed them make's me happy. 🙂

Erm..Yeah...Can't really think of anything else..

There's always reason for good cheer. It wasn't raining today, which is delightful because I have not yet acquired a replacement umbrella and HDS and rain go together as if I were the Wicked Witch of the West. It was a lovely morning too, nice breeze and warm air whilst waiting for Metra. The FORTUNE from my backlog pile was quite interesting today, which is also splendid, for sometimes it is a tad dry. I heard from my grandfather this morning that the COXII inhibitor they gave him is helping his back pain enormously, which is great to hear. And the chipmunks at my mother's house haven't eaten all the sunflower seeds we planted yet so there may be sunflowers this year. *Shakes fist at all of chipmunkdom*

*Dinging* Put a smile on your face, and make the world a better ... *Ducks tomatoes and flees*

I have someone great to visit the park with today for my walk. It's a great park...a veteran's memorial park maintained by my city. I must remember the sun tan lotion. I burn...LOL.
I have a beautiful new shade of nail polish called cherry crush, which is different than I usually wear, and kinda sexy.
I'm having a great Dunkin' Donuts ice coffee, and that always makes me feel good.
Tickles to everyone.

So many things to be positive about:

Good friends
A tasty dinner
Warmer weather
Colder beer
Great music

Oh.....and "Buffy"

Drew

Ann, you're amazing as always. God has blessed me this year with a great job, great location, great friends both here and in the world. Even though I am a long way from home, friends keep coming in to check out the new surroundings and remind me "you're not alone even if you're far away". Life is good. :triangle:

friggen beautiful day today the sun is shining its warm the birds are chirping i had a yummy pizza for lunch. i love my friends and family they are so great.i saw one of my teachers from middle school today i have not seen him in over 10 years it was so cool and so good to see him.well i quess that is it for now.🙂

Yay Ann, for offering alternative happy threads! :twohugs: Hmm... "Happy Threads"... There's a good name for a clothing company... :xpulcy:

Have you noticed that I like random thoughts?! 😀

And I may be having dinner with some of my peoples tonight!

And I should really be drawing more, but since when is that a burden?

And having worked some easy OT, I'll have some nice padding to my paycheck!

And although I do need to clean my apartment, I find little joys when I rediscover lost things in the clutter!

And I just had a rice krispies treat and a "Wilbur Bud" (mmmm... chocolate!)...

And my favorite comicbook character is scheduled to kick ass in the next issue of "Batman and the Outsiders"!

And aren't the contributors to this thread cool? 😎

And my body temperature is a steady 98.2 F (I just woke up, hence, a little cooler than most of them!)! 😎😎

And a friend is lookiing to get some discount tickets for the Gymnastics Team Trials for the Olympics from her employer!

And I'm sure I'll be back with more later! :wavingguy

I was interviewed on Robace Radio last night, that was kind of cool. 🙂

Something Positive!
There I feel much better now.

Sometimes I think it’s easy for the “younger generation” to take the TMF for granted. If someone had told me in 1978 that a place like this was going to exist in thirty years, first I would have denied that I had an interest in tickling, then I would have suggested an increase to their medication.

There’s never a reason to be negative here, this place is close to a miracle, and we should never take it for granted.

It's a glorious, beautiful day here and tomorrow is going to be even better. I'm home now after a stressful trip out of town and tomorrow I will go to the beach at Coney Island and see lots of barefoot women. 😀

It's been phenomenal weather here in DC this Memorial Day weekend.

My sheep got sheered yesterday, and they are all in good shape.

I'm leaving in a few minutes for a party in my old neighborhood.

Life is good.

Today was a good day. Warm air and sunshine was greatly enhanced by many hugs from my kid. The BBQ chicken and cold drinks didn't hurt things either.

I am healthy ,not sick and I don't have any disabilities

I have a closer relationship with my folks after leaving their house under not the best of terms

Ann, you're amazing as always.

I agree Krazie!:xpulcy:

Let's see, yesterday we actually had a full day of RAIN, which we never get, esp once summer starts, it was 100 here last week!
I'm happy and healthy and own the world's silliest and most beautiful puppy.
For the first time ever I actually have a little bit of $ in my savings account. It's not much, but it's something.
And I have the best friends in the world!
XOXO

PS~ooh! and yesterday, I picked one long blonde chunk of hair and dyed it permanent PINK, just because I can! I figure I can hide it if the boss hates it but it looks soooo so cute!

Some great energies flowing here guys and gals. Thanks! Let's keep it going.

Another great thing to be thankful for is that there are so many people around here...even if that sometimes means some disagreement. It also means that more and more people are stepping forward and accepting their interest (fetish or fun) in tickling and have somewhere to go to express that. After all, that IS why we're all here. We don't need to agree on everything in order to support one another in that area.

Also, today was a great day spent with good friends. I heard from a good friend who also had a good day. Tomorrow is supposed to be nice enough to get some more yard work done. Drew has the day off. All good things! 😉

Oh so very difficult to do right now, but Annie always gets it right, so...

I got to sleep late today, surrounded by my furry family.

I just took a hot shower...

Its gorgeous outside...

I have the day off of work...

I've spent the last two hours cooking food for the week...

I've spent the last three days with my beautiful girlfriend.

---

That'll do for now 🙂

Oh I just LOVE this thread.... ok.. here goes.

I'm in love with a handsome, sensuous, incredibly intelligent, loving, generous man who spoils me every day.

We have a lovely home on California and a GORGEOUS home in Florida.

I have a wonderful son, a fantastic daughter-in-law and a grandson who is just a delight.

I will be blessed with another grandchild tomorrow and I can't wait to find out if it's a boy or a girl.

I got to sleep in this morning and woke up with a kitty curled up next to me.

I got to take our dog for a long walk over the bridge this morning with the sun shining and a gentle breeze.

We're healthy.

We're having a very relaxing day at home today.

The Indy 500 was a great race yesterday and the F1 race was even better.

We have wonderful friends, great neighbors and fantastic families.

And it's a beautiful day.

Thank you to all our soldiers who gave their lives that you and I can live in a land where we have freedoms quite rare on this planet.

Well, I think me and QBWeaver fixed the confusion we were having and everything is fine between us now. 😀
(I hope it is anyway 🙂)
