The season for angels

I drew this one as a request this past summer for dark_tickles over at the TMF and I thought I'd save it for the right time of year. That and the pic I'm working on now is taking FOREVER to look right.

So, whether you're celebrating/observing Christmas, Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Tet, Ramadan, Solstice or anything else I've missed, have a happy holiday season and enjoy!

What fiendish purple demons! I do hope the angel will be able to regrow her wings (at least she hasn't found the loss painful)! Much pleasing texture in this picture. It has a very outdoors feel, with all the lush green tones.

I may have to do a she-devil pic at some point. The angel idea actually came by request. Dark_tickles gave very clear instructions, I just had to draw. The forest, imps and angels appearence (she wanted it to look like her) were all her idea. I worked out really well.

As for hell, I'll pass. Thunder Bay is close enough. 😀
