I seriously admire ticklkitten being able to have that type of work as I seriously would probably panic...
I seriously am secure in knowing I chose a good career choice in customer service working on phone all the time as I am on the phone at work,as well loving to be on the phone when I am not at work or on weekends😀
 
I seriously can keep my head cool when the situation is hot and I love the adrenaline rush
