lol no, no. That would never take a backseat in my book, I just said that because it was the beginning of the episode and they didn't say if he was charged with the murders or not. You know it's funny though, I tried to find the 'Shoe Bandit' on google, but there are plenty of them out there.

My mom was watching that and when I heard about the shoe bandit and his foot fetish I wondered if maybe he was into tickling. Then my thoughts grew darker and I wondered if anyone with a foot fetish ever cut the feet off their victims as souvenirs...
