It is more of an implied tickle than I believe could be an actual one. Anyway a guy eats tai food from a woman's bare belly, and as he tries to grab a piece of noodle that keeps escaping with his chopsticks she laughs loudly in what's clearly a ticklish reaction. Actress' name is Josie Lawrence.
