I watched the Spirit Awards on the Independent Film Channel the other night, it was so refreshing to have the winners etc get to speak how they wished and for as long as they wished..and no editing.. I mean we hear these words everyday for the most part..or read them..I found the ceremony very entertaining, unlike that other award show which i didn't watch..and i love Phil Hoffman..he's a terrific actor..
 
I haven't watched that other award show since Johnny Carson hosted it. Nice to hear that you enjoyed the show. I am sure that the people had some very colorful things to say.
 
Yes indeed, Mickey Rourke dropped the F bomb at least a dozen times lol..
