The strangest thing happened to me last night

An hour before I set off to see some local bands play in a gig, the doorbell of our house was relentlessly ringing. When my mum opened the door, the bloke who was ringing was saying that he was a private investigator. A detective, if you will. Anyway, here's what happened...

The detective said to my mum was working for a man whose Filipino wife ran away with their 10 year-old son. An associate with this woman was a woman who happens to have almost the same name as my dad, only her first name ends with an "a" as opposed to my dad's name ending with an "o". The investigator thought my mum was that associate, until my mum clarified the mix-up. D'oh! The creepy thing was, this detective was spying outside our house, watching my mum and sister leave for work and university each morning. Hell knows how long he's been spying us for, but thank God he didn't catch me scratching my arse near the living room window!

I'm seriously not joking. This really happened last night! Talk about drawing a heavy blank, wasting all that time! Still, at least all my family and some of the people I told about it saw the funny side of it. I know I did! But man, some crazy shit, that!

I suppose our privacy has been violated. If this thing does comes back to haunt us (God forbid), we'll have to take this investigator to court. No question.

omg, that's crazy. hmmm....because there's no difference between the letters "a" and "o", right? and perhaps ur mom changed her name from the a to the o, just to try to trick up the police, lol, right? suuuuuuure....that's crazy dude, u totally have a case on ur hands if anything bad comes of it
