The Texans will rue the day when they let David Carr go

Could someone please explain the logic and thinking of the Texans?

First they pass on Reggie Bush for Mario Williams and then they let David Carr go to Carolina and pick Matt Schuob? The Houston Texans seem to be in a mind set if they arent making the wrong moves, they arent making moves at all.

They arent in the shape they're in because of David Carr, its hard for the guy to really excell when he's on his back most of the time. Carr still has a incredible arm from what Ive seen, adn with the recievers in Carolina, its only a matter of time before he's their starter. Everyone saying David Carr is a bust, I say in the right system he could be a great quarterback which the Texans just didnt believe in enough to put tools around.

They say the same thing about Joey Harrington, both he and Carr are average QB's at best, backups actually.

I can't believe Houston passed on Reggie Bush though, that was unbelievable.
