Here's something that has been on my mind for some time.....

Why is it when I'm bored to tears, everyone else I know is busy doing their own thing, yet when it comes time for me to work or finish a project, that's when all my friends want to hang out and party? I swear this happens all the time 😕

Inside or outside? Most inside ones are not locked. Well you can lock 'em when go to the bathroom, but you know what I mean.
However, outside ones are locked and you have to ask for the key to unlock it and use it because to keep stupid kids from vandalizing it. At the store that I work at has an outside bathroom and we've had it vandalized twice in the time that I've worked there. Not fun to clean up.
