Well it's the day after and I'm still recovering from 4 fabulous days of fun and frolic.

We started off the weekend heading to Leather Master's on Saturday because I HAD to see if they had wrist cuffs like the ones our UK visitor brought with him. Very simple design and incredibly effective. They didn't have those cuffs but I did find a location where I can have them made. Then we got home and folks had arrived just prior to us arriving back home. We had fun with several folks on Saturday night. One of the gals ended up being the center of attention. We used the foot stocks with my intriquite Chinese Chair. The stocks were pretty effective especially when used with some of the items from Jonathan's Port-o-Perv! That guy has EVERYTHING in there! The leather toe straps were really awesome. And his wrist cuffs were PERFECT! Then we moved her into the bedroom for some more fun. The evening ended around 5 am only due to exhaustion.

Sunday began around 11 when our Special Lady from the night before unexpectedly showed back up. Jonathan spoiled both of us by cooking up an incredible breakfast. We sat around enjoying the visit for several hours. That evening we ended up at my favorite toy store... Home Depot. Our plan... to build a new contraption. We gathered the materials, got Ken to help us carry it all home, and we went to work. It was a late night with no play but we were having fun and very busy putting the new contraption together.

Monday started with more work on the rack. People started arriving for the New Year's party and we were still finishing the rack but that was ok. My goal was to show folks what goes into building a contraption like this. Everyone got involved helping which was REALLY fun. We got terrific ideas from everyone but Jonathan was truly the driving force behind it. We ran into some problems when the router stopped working for me so we improvised and came up with what we hoped....a VERY steady rack. It's just not as portable right now but it will be. So the table got done and we all joined around the rack naming it "Jonathan's Rack" but also can be called Jonathan's Table. We decided on both because it is mostly used as a Rack with pulley's and such but we also used it to enjoy our Turkey Dinner that night and the Crepe Suzette that Jonathan made for the midnight hour. Prior to dinner I got to christan the Rack as the first "lee" on board. The foot stocks worked terrific. They were VERY comfortable causing no stock bruises of any kind on me. And the rings and clets set up above stretched me out giving me VERY little movement which the guys all thoroughly enjoyed! Oh ok... I did too but I HATE it I tell ya! LOL

Karen then got her turn on the Rack and seemed pretty comfortable on it. The guys sure like the Rack since there's plenty of room to sit on it next to her. She not only volunteered to play face up but then agreed to turn over and played face down! That gal is a trooper for sure!

I really don't even know what time we stopped playing but it was a long night. We slept in and just relaxed that day enjoying each other's company, sharing stories and pictures and visiting. Promises of visits here and over in England were made. I'm thoroughly looking forward to making the trip to England to see their community in action. Then later that afternoon it was off to the airport to bid Jonathan farewell for now. He headed back to England with a smile on his face (I'll NEVER forget that evil laugh of his!)

All I can say is that with this year's kick-off... if the rest of the year is anywhere even CLOSE to the start... This is going to be an incredibly fun year!

Thanks to Everyone who came to start of 2002 with us. It was wonderful to see the regular gang and get to meet the new folks. The best part about meeting the new folks is that within 5 minutes or so it feels like I've known them a lifetime~! That speaks volumes about the folks in the community.

That's about it. I have lots of food left over and even more wonderful memories.

Hope you all had a wonderful New Year! I'll see some of you in Albany soon I hope and later at the NEST! Take Care Gang!

Hugs and Tickles!

A great way to start the new year.

I'm really glad you had a blast on New Years. I know I've haven't posted in a few months, I've been travelling a lot. I also stumbled upon some fun on New Years, though nothing was planned. I happened to find myself at an open party, though I don't really remember how. There was this really attractive German girl there, I always found accents to be a turn on. Anywho, I had recently parted with my girl so I figured I wouldn't be hurting anyone to spend some time with this gorgeous lady. She turned out to be really ticklish, it was all playful, but we had tons of fun and I found someone to kiss at midnight. Definitely a night I'll remember, life is so great. I hope everyone else found a moment to cherish as well.

It was a fine time, to be sure. Do come visit, TicklingIsLife. Mail [email protected] to get on the mailing list. There's a simple questionairre to complete, and as long as you don't scare 'em, you're on the list, and invited to all events.

That New Year's party was a lot of fun. Thanks for hosting the event, QBWeaver. Special thanks to our culinarily cogent guest, with his fine and creative ideas for large table construction. I love organizing these, knowing they turn out as well as they do, in your home. All that, and no hangover. No booze limits such possibilities, and after all, who wants to miss a detail about such an event?

no booze!

did I hear no booze? on new years....??

wow, that is something I think I could never choose between.....

drinking.... tickling..... drinking.... tickling.....

hmmmmmm.....

you have created an unsoveable puzzle in my fragile little mind...

AAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

but seriously... it sounds like everyone had a blast. I like hearing reports about these gatherings, because I have never been to one, and the more I hear, the more likely I will be to eventually take the plunge (fortunately or unfortunately, financial reasons keep me from even entertaining the possability for a while). thanks to those who take the time to report back on all the festivities!

it is greatly appreciated.

plus it makes us all jealous 🙂

We sure don't want to make you jealous Slappy. We just want to entice folks to come to a gathering.

And as far as the booze is concerned... it was in the house but hardly touched. In fact the only alcohol I think was the flambe on the crepe suzette at midnight on New Years itself! That was spectacular with the lights out!

Get to a gathering. You'll quickly realize you're among friends you've just never met!
