i was lookin at clips for a new show on fox called the winner cuz its got rob corddry in it from the daily show and i love him and I came across this.

its in the epidsode hot for a teacher and the tickling starts around 8:30

I watched the entire clip. There isn't a tickling scene in the episode. The main character goes to a massage parlor and is basically fighting off the prostitute during the whole scene. She wants to caress around his head at one point and he pulls away. No laughter of any sort. I would not even consider this a tickling scene.

Yes, there is tickling. I don't know what episode you were watching. They are sitting on the bed and the woman is trying to take off the guys shirt/sweater. He giggles like crazy and kicks his legs while she fumbles with his clothes.
