THE WINTER THREAD.

Yes.. right now. weather.com is forecasting "6 to 8 inches of snow" for NYC on Wednesday.

How nice!

They said there is still some uncertainty with the track of the storm.

Edit: They just increased the snow totals again with.

5 to 8 inches during the day

And

1 to 3 inches at night on Wednesday.

Such would say that 6 to 12 inches is expected.

We'll see if such prediction actually comes.

It has started to snow here and is expected to continue through Wednesday.
 
We are getting it good here, but the streets and sidewalks are to warm to let it lay.
 
It is snowing heavily here now.

7 inches has already fallen.

It is not supposed to stop for several hours.
 
Winter is melting away around here, but I heard that Iowa got dumped on with snow on Saturday.
