Hey I just found this out. Apparently there are 2 national tickling days.

January 31 is National Tickling Day!
and...
Pastafarians celebrate Tickle Day on June 28th.
 
There are so many national days, some known, some unknown... I mean it's really hard to keep track of them.

And who is responsible for coming up with and declaring all of these national days? I have literally never heard of January 3qst or June 28th being "National Tickle Day" before. Who would make a National day based off of tickling? I have more questions than answers... nice find though. Just strange.
