That's how it goes, you don't get to control what I do with it. If I want to give a copy to anyone who asks on this forum, its mine to do so. If you want to control what gets done, then sell it some other way, or dont sell it at all. Seems really simple to me. I am so sick of listening your whiny fuckers bitch about this, if you cant make a profit off this, then stop doing it. Most of these videos now are way lame as it is, really how many times can we see the same models do the same shit over and over? There might be one or two producers worth viewing anymore, most just should stop it.
 
Actually, Steve's right..just because you buy it doesn't give you the right to violate the copyright of that producer. It's people with this mindset and false sense of entitlement that ruin things like this. Unless of course RealTickling decided it was fair use...in which case.... no harm no foul.

are you serious? one person owned the rights...TIB...and he no longer does tickling clips, or is even heard from anymore, and is not selling anymore, so i seriously doubt if he cares that a low resolution 10 year old clip is up on youtube.

Listen, I will explain this so even the respondents here at their elementary level can understand. You don't get to control what someone who buys the clip does with it. For example here, if its my clip, I can do what i want with it, if I choose to give it away, there isn't shit you can do about that. Its simple, you can claim copyright all you want, its not, and you are too fing stupid to see that. I know it hoses your business model, too bad, if you want control, then sell access to it, to one person who purchases the clip. Once its mine, its mine to do as i please with it, just because the digital medium makes this easy for me, is my advantage. You have no claim at all here, copyright is bullshit anyway. Once its out there, its out there, deal with reality you mentally challenged goofs. This has nothing to do with any entitlement mentality, its my property once I buy it from you, and there is nothing you can do about it. Know this and run your business accordingly. I note you can't counter my argument, only citing bs copyright law, uh sure, way lame, come back and try again.
 
This would be SO awesome to hear you say this in court! I don't think the precedent-setting "Way Lame" defense has been used yet in an intellectual property license dispute.

That i do agree with. if one is dumb enough to take what they have bought from a site and try to re sell it on here as their own work then they do deserve what ever legal action comes to them.

The biggest "whiny(sic) fucker" on this thread is you. I imagine most things seem really "simple" to you. Its how simpletons operate.

To all the producers out there thanks for doing what you do. Not all of it is to my taste but I know what I like and its a lot better than the days when a few vhs tapes existed. In fact, its phenomenal! The logic of the above poster would eventually have us going back to the vhs days with virtually no content to appreciate. Of course, things were "simple" back then so no doubt that would meet with his approval.

Its my clip, i paid you for it, its mine to do as i please with it. Just refute that with facts, show me an enforceable clause in any agreement, key being "enforceable", then I will concede this. Otherwise you are simply wrong, and its tough shit if I choose to show my clip I bought to my many friends on the internet.
