This is what I call foot play!

Dude, you're breaking the law. You record women without their permission and sell clips of them. What is wrong with you?

Furthermore, i've seen your posts on youtube as well, solebug2. It's easy to say you have permission, but before someone called you out on youtube before, every video you had posted said something about how you filmed them secertly. After you were called out, you changed them all to "this is my friend," or "I asked her,"

Obviously I can't prove that you haven't asked them, which is depressing, to say the least. However, I can tell others what i've seen, and ask you to please stop being this immoral.

You need to provide waivers for them to sign, and you're walking a thin line if you don't. Someday somebody with more time on their hands then me could make a big fuss out of this, and you could end up in a lot of trouble.

Do you even have proof that all of these girls are over 18? Like the ones you just walked up and asked?. Or do you just assume that because you found them on a campus that they are?

Stop this man, it's morally wrong, and also illegal. Please take your site down
 
It's not because you called me out correctly, you didn't. I just like to have very little advertisement on Tickling Forums about my Sites that aren't tickling related. After all, I criticized Tyler_D for doing that, posting pics and vids. I'm not going to go and make myself an overall hypocrite.

Just a slight one.

And as for my youtube, I have my ways of appeasing both sides. The sides against me, and the sides supporting me. And I know where my public profile is lol.

I have to say, opening stores like this one is very unethical. Producers should all make sure they get the models' informed, explicit written consent. I mean the models must be told that they're being filmed, that the footage will be distributed online, and that it's meant to be sold to a fetish clientele.

Unfortunately, over the years I've noticed a number of foot fetish stores that sell footage in which the models either weren't aware of being filmed, were aware of it but didn't agree to it (deciding to ignore the weird person filming them), or at least who very probably didn't know it was to be sold, didn't sign a release and weren't paid for their participation. That's just plain wrong.

From what i can gather i think this would be the purpose of this thread:

Journia has a C4S store called "This is what I call foot play." The OP took offense to the deceptive nature in which material was gathered and sold sometimes without consent of the participants.

The reason it appears as one person is having an argument with himself is because this thread was probably altered so as to exclude earlier statements Journia had posted, whatever they were.

The last laugh added personal insights and you asked what this thread was about. And here we are... dazed and confused.

The fact that the Original poster had a gripe against this was actually a blessing to some extent. It promoted my store.

I don't think its wrong. A bit unusual, but not at all wrong. Mainly because I don't think that this body is what I am, your own body is not what you are. Just a vehicle in my own opinion.

Anyway, I think I'll be an all out hypocrate now and post on this forum too. lol.

Journia,if you are really filming people with out permission then,that is very very wrong and no offense but pretty creepy.You do what you want but that's just my two cents

Oo, aren't we Machiavellian, hmm? 😉

And though I'm pretty positive you're likely breaking some laws somewhere with this filming of women unaware (even if it is only their feet), I don't know what state you live in and I'm too tired to route around and pick up a law that BLATANTLY STATES you can NOT do this so... have fun skating on thin ice, is all I can say. :ggrin:
