I saw this clip a while back somewhere, and now I can't find it anywhere. I remember that the ticklee was tied to a couch, and was wearing just a red bikini bottom. The tickler ran her finger from the ticklee's neck all the way down to her toes a couple times and tickled her senseless, and the ticklee would beg to stop. It was really good. Anything from this would be great, even just the title!
