Thoughts And Prayers For Our Members in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast

I wanted to start a thread to express my thoughts and prayers to our members in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast who are being affected by the Massive Hurricane Ida.

This Hurricane, after hammering Louisiana, is supposed to affect a large portion of the country.

As of now, the forecast for NYC for Wednesday and Thursday is not good either.

Just a few weeks after being hit by a Tropical Storm, we are supposed to be soaked with anywhere between 2 to 3 inches of rain.

Hopefully all affected will stay safe

According to

www.weather.com

NYC is supposed to get 3-4 inches of rain from the remnants of the storm on Wednesday or Thursday.

There is a Flood Watch in effect.

It sounds like Wednesday and Thursday are going to be very wet days.

If the forecast on www.weather.com is right

This will be like a snowstorm except worse, due to the quantity of water.

NYC is supposed to get one inc of rain tomorrow, and then three to five inches of rain tomorrow night.

Sigh!

Hopefully the totals will not be as bad as they say
