Okay, setting aside the popularity aspect of such a club in this community, as several posters have already elluded to, the first concern is whether that activity is permitted in your area (i.e., township, borough, etc.). The first place to look will be your local municipality's zoning ordinances to determine where adult businesses are permitted and what type of adult activities are permitted.
